Peyton Manning Works Out for the 49ers

A new development has come along in the Peyton Manning sweepstakes with an apparent workout with the San Fransisco 49ers.  This comes as a surprise to a lot of people because the 49ers was not believed to be in the running for Manning, but it was reported that he worked out for them on Tuesday.

The interesting twist to this is that Peyton Manning and Alex Smith are represented by the same agent, Tom Condon.  Some may think this may cause a little bit of a rift, but the 49ers are trying to win a championship.  With a very stout defense, excellent running game with Frank Gore, and a offensive minded intense coach, the 49ers maybe a dark horse team but definitely in the running for Manning.
